We are unable to accept returns on final sale or clearance items, as well as items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- For domestic returns (within the same country), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-14 business days after we have received and processed the return.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Final Sale Items
Please note that sale items, clearance items, and items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return. These items are final sale only.
